Может видеть детальную информацию о пользователях, которые запрашивают несуществующую/неразрешенную к просмотру информацию

Может видеть реальное местонахождение пользователей (файл/url).

Can View Detailed Location Info for Users
Allows the user to see detailed information for some forum actions. For example, if the subject is sending a Private Message, the user will be able to see who it is being sent to. If the subject is viewing the profile of a user, the user will be able to see who it is.

Can View Detailed Location Info of Users Who Visit Bad / No Permission Locations
With this permission disabled, when a subject visits an unknown location or a location they don't have permission to, the user will see the subject as viewing the Forum Home page.

Can view actual location of user (filepath/url)
If this permission is enabled then members of this group will see a question mark icon next to locations on the online.php page. They can "mouse over" the image to see the file path of the page each user is visiting.

Понятно то понятно все, опиши конкретней, за что данные функции отвечают. Тоесть смысл их работы

Может видеть, невидемое =) Так оно и есть. например, если человек отправляет Приватное Сообщение, пользователю можно будет увидеть кто отправил кому.

Если пользователь зайдёт не туда, куда надо он будет видеть главную страницу Форума.

Может видеть где находится человек. В какой теме, в каком Форуме и т.д

Если у юзергруппы разрешены эти параметры, то человек, входящий в нее может:
1. Видеть какой раздел/тему просматривает посетитель, кому пишет приватку, чей профиль смотрит и т.д.
2. Видеть, что посетитель пытался зайти в "неположенное" место, например, в закрытый раздел. (Если этот параметр выключен, то вместо этого показывают, что он на главной странице)
3. Видеть полный адрес страницы, где находится посетитель. Например, так: /showthread.php?t=749&page=3&pp=10
