A: You may have uploaded the wrong product XML.
Try uploading the other product XML.
Q: The link doesn't look right on the navbar
A: While on your forums view the source and search for id="navbar_search"
To the right should be "class" (For the default skin the class is "vbmenu_control")
Q: Why can't I use more than twenty characters as the name?
A: Download the "upgrade1.xml" and import as a product.
After it has installed you can remove it from the list.
