Это новостник, блок приветствия и блок для глобальных объявлений в одном.
Хак содержит 2 блока с динамическим контентом, меняющимся в зависимости от группы пользователя.
Например, Вы можете одновременно повесить одно объявления для пользователей, и другое для модераторов.
Все сообщения, группы пользователей, включение/выключение хака, и некоторые другие переменные настраиваются в админпанели.

When upgrading:
Save all your messages in a text file
Overwrite or edit the /includes/contentslider.css file with the new version.
Install the product, and overwrite the current one
Revert the template LaCN_InfoCenter
Go check the InfoCenter options, open the phrases, and edit the ones using your notepad
